It has been months since Caesars unravelling leading to his abrupt departure from X. Despite Caesars absence, his ghost is still the centre of many discussions, proving his actions did have a lasting impact despite what most would ever dare to admit. The following is a timeline of the inception and fall from grace for the infamous Caesars Calls.

Early Career (2020-2021)

Caesar emerged during the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) boom. First beginning as a talented raider and quickly growing to become a prominent figure in the crypto calling community. His rise to fame was rapid, leveraging the growing interest in cryptocurrencies.

Peak influence (2021-2022)

By this period, Caesar was recognized as one of the top crypto callers, influencing market trends with his calls. Rapidly growing a loyal community.

2023 Developments - The Market Shifts

The crypto market saw a rise in scam projects, particularly those centred around CTO narratives. Caesar joined forces with a CTO named Red The Mal, marking his entry into project management and public development endorsement. Labelling himself the sole KOL promoter for the project. The market cap of this coin would later be weaponized against him. A similar historical trend in the market leaving a sore spot for other KOLS and projects building.

Role Evolution

Caesar began to transition from merely calling crypto trends to taking on a more vigilante role, aiming to expose scams within the crypto space. An act of heroism that many saw as incredibly hypocritical given the history of Caesar’s come up. It’s well known to everyone with a decent amount of experience in WEB3 that most people who are successful have gotten there on the backs of those they’ve climbed over to get where they are. Likely also the case for a number of well loved KOL’s in the memecoin space.

2024 Activities - Another Layer Transformed

Early in the year, Caesar positioned himself as somewhat of a “saviour” to the crypto community, focusing on exposing scammers. This included calling out many of the most influential figures in the crypto space. As well as seriously fudding (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) some of the largest, most successful memecoin projects and KOLS in the space. Caesar created and released many youtube videos and status updates. No longer using his platform to call and pump tickers. Much of these actions seemed to come from a place of contempt, condescension, and disdain.

Content Diversification

As the crypto market cooled, Caesar takes an unexpected turn and spirals deep down rabbit holes.  Ever expanding his commentary to include conspiracy theories, touching on topics like government control over blockchain and AI, the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, religion, and spiritual warfare. His spaces no longer covered memecoins and instead sport clickbait titles like “NEW LAUNCH” and even take on a satirical nature with a bitter tone. Clearly no longer in support of any coin, furthermore labelling all coins a scam and (almost) everyone a scammer. Many who followed Caesar saw this as a cry for mental health help.

Platfrom Suspension

By late summer, Caesars deep dive hits rock bottom. His X account gets abruptly suspended for impersonating the “ETH GOD” as himself. Going as far as changing all his profile information to impersonate the KOL he clearly admired most. Caesar even spoke about the potential to “flip him for good”. This event marked a significant end to Caesars online presence, taking things way too far, leaving many to suspect a mental breakdown on his intense whistleblowing crusade for redemption.

Legacy and Impact: Post-Suspension

Despite his absence, Caesar’s influence lingered, with discussions about his controversial and hypocritical tactics and the scams he allegedly exposed within crypto communities. Caesars impact on the lore of the memecoin market, good and bad, marks a lasting impression.

Community Sentiment

His activities left a mixed legacy. Some appreciated his efforts in exposing scams, while others debated the authenticity and impact of his shift from calling to scam-fighting. Questioning a self-serving nature. In wonderment considering if he ever truly cared about his supporters at all. It has been months since Caesars departure, leaving his flock to scatter.

Caesar's journey encapsulates the volatile and often controversial nature of the crypto influencer space, where individuals can quickly rise to fame, pivot their roles, and leave lasting impacts on community perceptions and market dynamics. His suspension from X highlights the risks and regulatory challenges faced by crypto influencers and their impact on growing memecoin communities.

UPDATE:
