Dear @elonmusk "Today, I spoke to a Black American woman in a Lyft who had never even heard of Bitcoin. That moment made me realize how much work we still need to do to make innovation and blockchain accessible to everyone. This isn’t about intelligence or ability—it’s about access and opportunity. Black Americans have faced systemic barriers for centuries, and those effects are still deeply felt today. Imagine what we could achieve if we truly focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Elon, this isn’t just business—it’s about humanity. If blockchain and tools of the future are only accessible to a privileged few, then we’re not innovating; we’re excluding. Look at leaders like Jay-Z and Diddy—proof that when opportunities are available, potential can flourish. The future of innovation must include compassion and understanding. Together, we can create a world where no one is left behind."
